Set up and Tear Down Play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences! Help set up and tear down for special events—both inside our church and out in the community—so every detail is ready for people to encounter God.

Building Maintenance
Our Facilities Team keeps our church safe, functional, and welcoming. Volunteers help with plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general maintenance,. Whether you’re skilled in one area or like to tackle a little bit of everything, there’s a place for you. For major repairs, we bring in professionals—but your hands-on help makes a huge difference!

Care & Grounds Team
Our Care & Grounds Team helps keep our church beautiful, clean, and inviting—inside and out. Volunteers assist with cleaning, organizing, gardening, mowing, and landscaping to create a space where everyone feels welcome. Whether you love working indoors, outdoors, or both, there’s a spot for you to serve. Your effort makes God’s house shine!

Cook & Serve Food Our volunteers provide meals for our church family during funerals or special events throughout the year. You do not need to be a chef or have special training. We will provide what you need to be successful.Prepare food, make coffee and punch, decorate tables, setup meal line, package up leftovers, and clean-up.

TLC Ministry
Mail a card of encouragement to someone who is going through a health issue or recovering from surgery, or a sympathy card to someone who has recently experienced loss.

Hospital Visitation
We will call you with specific times and locations. Pastor Rhyan will train you before you serve.

Prayer Chain
Receive calls, text or emails regarding prayer requests and pray for the concern. Filter and share information with prayer circles.

Prayer Team
You would be contacted when this would be happening. When the pastors are going to encourage people to ask for one on one prayer during the close of the service. Definitely need to be comfortable praying out loud with others.

Graphic Designer
Looking for graphic designers to help design literature, graphics and/or websites.
When: Various times throughout the year, nothing specific Spiritual Gifts: Creativity
Media (Photos, Video, Etc.) Photographer: Looking for photographers to capture events and take photos for website/literature. Experience necessary.

Video Production
Looking for videographers to capture stories of life change and/or video announcements for social media, website and service videos. Non-linear editing skills required or be person should be willing to train.

Creative Team (Set Design)
Help carry out the mission and vision of the church through design. Most times centered around holidays and special events.

Service Projects Regularly Community Church does service projects in the community as a way of showing God’s love. If someone is interested in participating in such events, please send their contact information and skill set to add them on our community list for when projects occur.

Ushers Warm, welcoming people who help seat attenders and have eyes to see what needs to be done in service. Also, help take up offering and communion once a month.

Greeters Looking for friendly and welcoming people to greet people and open the door for guest.

Info & Check-in We’re looking for organized volunteers with good customer service skills, who have administration and helping spiritual gifts. Needs to be comfortable with technology.

Computer Tech
Person must be tech savvy and able to use Mac computer and/or willing to be trained. Must be organized and adhere to schedule. Computer Techs must be attentive. attentive, fast paced, and eager to troubleshoot issues.
When: 1–4 times a month, 9:30am & 11am services

Camera Operator
Camera operators should have an interest in or prior knowledge in running a camcorder/video camera/Mac computers. Must adhere to schedule, willingness to train/learn.
When: 1–4 times a month, 9:30am & 11am services

Audio Tech
Person must be tech savvy and creative, have experience with audio engineering, and/or willing to be trained. Must be organized and adhere to schedule. Audio Techs must be attentive, fast paced, and eager to troubleshoot issues. With a knowledge of our audio systems and sound boards. The tech will control what comes through the speakers during our online and worship services.
When: 1–4 times a month, 9:30am & 11am services

Check-In Volunteer (Kids) Runs check in using Planning Center Check Ins, but more importantly is the first friendly, smiling face kids and their parents see when they come in.
When: 1–4 times a month. Wednesday nights, 5:45–6:30pm; Sundays at 9:15 – 9:45 and 10:30 – 11:15 Where: Kids Rooms Spiritual Gifts: Hospitality, Service/Helps, Administration
Small Group Leaders (Kids) Work with a small group of kids to help enforce the main lesson of the day through instruction and activity.
When: 1–4 times a month. Wednesday nights, 6:00–8:00pm; Sundays at 9:30 – 10:40 and 11:00 – 12:30
Where: Kids Rooms Spiritual Gifts: Shepherding, Disciple maker, Teaching
Check-In Volunteer (Youth) Runs check in using Planning Center Check Ins, but more importantly is the first friendly, smiling our youth and their parents see when they come in.

Small Group LeaderYouth) Work with a small group of middle school or high school students to help enforce the main lesson of the day through instruction and activity.
When: 1–4 times a month. Wednesday nights, 6:00–8:00pm; Sundays at 5:00 – 7:00pm
Where: Welcome Area by Life Center Spiritual Gifts: Shepherding, Disciple maker, Teaching
Worship Band Person must have experience playing an instrument or singing. Must be able to read chord charts, and be willing to put in enough practice time throughout the week to come prepared to play the music for the service that have been scheduled.
Rehearsals: Sunday mornings, 8:30–11:00am. Spiritual Gifts: Musical Worship/Service
